The detail

Welcome to the Faustus, a 3 bedroom house in the centre of Canterbury. The Faustus sits in an enviable location just a 5-minute walk from both the High Street and from Canterbury West station, where you can be in London in under an hour. You will be close to all of the city centre amenities, including several highly acclaimed restaurants just a few steps away.

There is a comfortable lounge downstairs with Smart TV, a generous kitchen with dining table access to the rear courtyard and a downstairs bathroom with shower. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a single bed and desk area. Upstairs also has a bathroom with shower and WC.

We had a lovely few days and Rachel was the perfect host even down to providing a video highlighting how to access the property by car. Perfect location and the house was comfortable for my family. Will definitely be back

We love this location for our Canterbury stays....close to the town center but plenty of quiet as well. Proximity to the rail station and the Good She's are major positives. Rachel is friendly and responsive, great host. We will certainly stay with her again!!

Rachel is one of the best hosts I ever stayed with. She was very responsive and accommodating. Our flight arrived early in the morning and she let us check in earlier once the cleaners finished. Also we had two small issues on the first day with the door lock and the hob and she arranged to fix that immediately on the same day. Other than that, the house is so nice and cozy. Clean and comfortable with a walking distance of all the main attractions. We had great time in here.
Thanks a lot Rachel we will definitely be here again and will recommend to all friends

We had a great stay at The Faustus. Communication with Rachel was excellent and we found the check in process straightforward, having been provided with clear information on how to access the property. The house was exactly as described, the small outdoor courtyard was a nice place to enjoy a drink in the early evening sun. We also felt that the beds were very comfortable. An enjoyable short stay, recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in this property. It was warm and cozy and it was a short walk from town.
Rachel organised parking for us which was really helpful. Lots of communication and the video and instructions to help us find the property and the key box was the best.

This is an ideal location for the station or if you're driving. Canterbury's tiny anyway, but you're only a few minutes away from everything. The house was clean, with a decent sized kitchen, great showers and comfy beds. We appreciated the christmas tree!
