The Goods shed farmers market and restaurant is only a few minutes walk away and is highly recommended for local produce.

The property was beautifully presented and well equipped with everything our family needed. The central location is perfect for exploring Canterbury on foot and the allocated parking right alongside the property was a real bonus for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We had a lovely time in Canterbury staying at Rachel's property. When my wife asked if there was a fan available, Rachel was quick to reply and let us know where to find them. We also very much enjoyed having tea and coffee available after a long day of travel.

Great house, in a good location. Bedrooms with sofa bed worked really well for our party of 5 women. Good to have 2 showers & toilets, all very clean. Parking space was extremely useful too.

Rachel’s airbnb was a life-saver when my original booking got cancelled a few days before my wedding.
The house is very conveniently located and can accommodate a large group very comfortably. The close walking distance to the train station was very much appreciated!
There were many nice touches waiting for us when we arrived and even a wedding card for me. Rachel also really went above and beyond with her communication and any information I needed.

We had a truly wonderful time at Rachel's place. It was close to all the attractions, the restaurants, the Canterbury west rail station and the bus station. The house was very clean. Communicating with Rachel was super fast. We highly recommend this place.

The location just perfect ! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room by itself for my kids to hang out in. Rachel is very accommodating and communicates very quickly.
