The apartment was very clean and in a good location to walk into town it had local amenities near by and would recommend. Thanks Rachel for a nice stay and loved the Xmas tree. Geoff and friends.

Watch the video on how to get the key to get in to the house and everything is easy from there! House was exactly what we needed for five adults. Well equipped, located just two blocks from historic center of town. Easy access. A true 5-star home!

We stayed about 3 weeks here as a family of 6. The house was very comfortable. We would use the couch bed to have movie nights, the bathtub for bubble baths and we all slept well on the comfortable beds. The location was great, we didn’t have a car for our stay and we were able to walk to and from everything we needed, including the train station. Rachel was very responsive with all our needs and helpful in answering all the questions I had. The guidebook they provided came in handy often as well. Great host and accommodation.

Great place to stay in Canterbury for family or couples. Easy to get in and private secure parking. Plenty of room and very nicely appointed with good kitchen. Great hosts who were very proactive about ensuring we had everything we need, plus they provided lots of useful help and video clips to make check in and use of facilities easy. Plus they provided lots of little extras such as tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, plus plenty of dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Very close to centre of town and also cricket ground if you want to go watch a match as we did. Lots of restaurants to choose from in town plus a couple of good ones very close by. Lots of see in Canterbury and surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful few days staying at Rachel’s property over Easter weekend. Surprised by how big it felt inside. Great to be in a gated area, felt very secure and safe. Quiet at night. Very close to the city centre, a brilliant location near to lovely walks along the river and the fascinating city walls. Rachel was a very helpful, understanding and friendly host. So responsive as well.
I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Amazing stay for family visiting in Canterbury, we enjoyed the lovely terrace outside in the sunshine and had a cuppa every morning from the coffee maker. The bedrooms were spacious and we had the most comfortable nights in Rachel’s place. Would definitely recommend for short stays.
