Welcome to Broadoak, a charming two bedroom property which is a 15 minute walk from the city centre, along the beautiful Stour river. This property benefits from a separate dining room which includes a sofa bed for accommodating additional guests. Bedroom one can be set up as a kingsize bed or twin beds depending on your preference. There is also ample private parking with a lovely big driveway to the front of the property. A good sized garden space to the rear provides a great space to relax and unwind.

Lovely little house within a short walk to the city centre. Very comfortable beds! I’d say better suited to adults than young families.. purely due to the size of the sofa in the lounge and seating arrangements.
Plenty of space for the weekend that we were there though and would definitely recommend! Nice touch having instructional videos on QR codes around the house and tasty biscuits on arrival. Thank you!

Great place, Comfortable and warm. This house is perfectly suited to Canterbury town centre. It was a good base for exploring beaches too. We had a great holiday.

We are a family of 5 with young children and we really enjoy our stay. The house was very nice and clean. The position is great to visit Canterbury (It is lovely😍) and the surroundings. Rachel is a great host and the costumer service has been amazing. We have left something in the house and Rachel has been extremely helpful. We will stay there again. Highly recommended.

We were 40 mins away from great sand beaches and about 20 min from Wingham Wildlife Park. A short walk to to town centre and plenty of supermarkets and cafes nearby.

The house had everything we needed. Very clean and nicely decorated. It had all the kitchen equipment we needed and plenty of space. Rachel’s place is a great base for a family doing a staycation.

All good and largely as expected. Is on a main road so could hear traffic regularly but then a simple walk into town.

Really cosy and warm house, in a good location. About 20 min walk to town centre and there are supermarkets about 10 mins away.
The house and beds were very comfortable with everything you could need for a few nights stay, including a smart TV which saved us during the storm!
I found the host to be friendly, helpful and very quick to respond.
The house is on a main road, which I thought would bother me but I barely noticed to be honest, it was quiet and we all slept well, including our toddler!
